For long lasting results with your Cars & Coffee Ottawa T-shirt, wash garmet inside-out in cold water using a gentle wash-cycle and avoid using bleach. Do not dry clean, and iron directly on T-shirt print as that can and will affect its quality. Finally, try washing it with similar colored shirts to avoid any possible mixing. Enjoy!
We gladly accepts returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within seven days of the delivery of the product. Post items back within 30 days of delivery.
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or if you would like to exchange it for a different size. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at carsandcoffeeottawa@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
