For a successful application, please carefully peel the see-through paper away from the sticker, while still being mindful and making sure no letter wrongfully peels off, as they are individually placed side each other. Finally, pick a place of choice on the thoroughly cleaned surface and ensure the sticker is well bonded before peeling the second surface off by going over it a few times with a smooth object. Once again, be mindful that no individual letter wrongfully peels off during the process.

For a long-lasting lifespan avoid washing it directly with harsh chemicals and instead, use soap, warm water, and a soft cleaning object. Finally once washed, you can allow it to air dry, or use a soft microfiber cloth to gently dry off the sticker. Enjoy!

We gladly accepts returns and exchanges as long as we are contacted within seven days of the delivery of the product. Post items back within 30 days of delivery. 

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or if you would like to exchange it for a different size. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at carsandcoffeeottawa@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
